We recently sent questionnaires to our patients and had them returned anonymously so we could get honest feedback about how we can improve our Orthodontic services. Out of the 157 surveys that were returned, 99% thought we were doing a “great job” in all of the 12 areas polled. Here’s just a few of the wonderful comments:
